Job Title-(10+ Years) Financial Business Analyst
- 10+ yrs Strong experience within the Finance domain with a clear understanding of SDLC
- Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
- Interpret customer business needs and translate them into clear and testable requirements which describe the system which will be implemented.
- Drive communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. Execute analysis in a timely, accurate and reliable manner; communicates findings clearly and concisely to diverse business leaders, key contributors, and stakeholders.
- Recommends business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes in alignment with IS roadmaps.
- Effectively communicates ideas and strategies to groups within the business functions.
- Defines develop and implements quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans, and other QA assessments.
- Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes is required.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is required.
