4+ years of experience in Java-J2EE, Mobile
· Is part of an on-call rotation
· Better hands-on experience on Service Now and its process to meet SLA response and restoration.

· Frequent status update to Supervisor
· Co-ordinate with other teams to resolve the issue. Ex: Info
· Operations and Integration
· Time Management
· Production Support Experience
· Communications (Listening, Persuasiveness, Oral, Written)
· At least 2 years full systems life cycle experience including requirements gathering, functional and technical.
