Job Description-
- Basic knowledge of Access Management
- Basic knowledge of entitlements and approval workflow
- Java based scripting knowledge
- Know-how of Service Request Management module within BMC Remedy
- Know-how of Cisco Request Center platform
- Service Operations – Incident and Problem Management (ITIL)
- This resource will handle L1/L2 incidents; problem tickets related to Cisco Request Center
